three years running, this weekly beginner meditation class is just the balm you are looking for, we practice mindful movement, breathwork, and guided heart-opening all with an emphasis on finding/allowing comfort and relaxation

Meditation Offerings
I offer solo and group specialized meditations: my skill set is in embodiment, chronic pain, divine connection, recovery from addiction, neurodivergency, chaos magic, and trance states
Private Yoga Class
typically for those with special needs: limited movement, body trauma, anxiety in groups, I’m open to other situations
Ritual Services
I can facilitate your full moon/new moon/birthday/et al ritual, or help design a specialized ritual for transmutation, public or private is fine; divination work is also available: I Ching, tarot, ancestor work, energy clearing, empowerment
Art Mentorship
Are you seeking to access your creativity? Are you well-versed, but feeling blocked? We can work together on your individual growth. Critique or support or both.
Deep Listening
I really enjoy offering deep listening sessions. You will do most of the talking, and I will ask interesting questions and summarize what you have told me into manageable chunks. Sometimes we just need a really friendly and accepting ear!
Book Editing
I used to edit people’s books for a living and I miss it sometimes! I was known as a Dragon Editor: one who pays the deepest possible attention to your book and works intimately with you to maintain and elevate YOUR voice. I think too many editors bring their own voice to the project: that’s not my style. I want to elevate YOUR voice.
