About Nettie Zan
I am a lifelong meditation and trance practitioner, a professional artist, and a deeply attuned guide. I trained at the Marina Abramović Institute, where I refined the art of presence, endurance, and attention as transformational tools. Over the past three years, I’ve worked directly with clients, offering one-on-one support grounded in mindfulness, somatic awareness, and creative intuition.
I come to this work not only through training, but through lived experience. I’ve survived 17 broken bones, a serious mental health break, and multiple addictions. These personal thresholds have taught me how to sit with intensity, listen to the body’s messages, and meet suffering with curiosity and compassion.
My practice is both rigorous and tender. I offer a space that’s trauma-aware, non-performative, and oriented toward genuine transformation.
